On January 17th, 2012, journalist learned from Spiritual Civilization Construction Office that 2011 Project of Spiritual Civilization Construction Award has announced.
        In order to build up the system of socialist core values and improve the spiritual civilization construction, Tianjin Spiritual Civilization Construction Office started the 2011 Project of Spiritual Civilization Construction Award selection. According to the Judges, 35 projects from 278 won the title of Brand Project of Spiritual Civilization Construction.
       In 2012, Tianjin Spiritual Civilization Construction Office implements the Project of Improving the Quality of citizen (2012-2016) to promote the “spirit of Tianjin” and socialist core values. The office will implement 40 Projects of Spiritual Civilization Construction to improve peoples livelihood, serve the overall situation of Tianjin’s development, and improve the quality of citizen and urban civilization.
