         Tianjin TLY Cultural Foundation is an independent legal entity registered with the Civil Affairs Bureau of Tianjin. It is a local private foundation supervised by the Publicity Department of Tianjin Municipal Committee. TLY aims at subsidizing public welfare and culture activities, promoting cultural innovation, and nurturing cultural talents. It encourages cultural exchanges, promotes cultural development, and enriches the prosperity and advancement of the Chinese culture and education.
         Guided by the purpose of the foundation and the expectation of its donors, Tianjin TLY Cultural Foundation, through its effective management of its funds, will organize various non-profit cultural activities that will enhance cultural exchange and cooperation both at home and abroad.
